Buying or Selling outside LA?
Finding a great agent in a city you don't live in is hard. Trusting them with a big financial decision is harder. Whether you're buying, selling, or settling a trust or inherited property, you don't have to do it alone.
WHY WE STARTED THIS
For years, clients came to us with the same stories. They were buying or selling a home in another city, and it didn't go the way they hoped. They weren't sure who to trust, what to expect, or whether they were getting the right advice. Most of all, they felt like they were doing it alone.
Every time, the same questions came up. How do you find the right agent somewhere you don't live? And how do you feel confident trusting them with one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make?
We didn't have a good answer, so we built one.
HOW IT WORKS
We've built a trusted network of agents across the country. They're agents we'd choose for our own deals. When you come to us, we connect you with the one who's right for you.
From there, we stay by your side. We'll walk you through what to expect, check in at key milestones, share our thoughts on the property, and review your listing agreement with you. Your agent brings the local expertise. We make sure you feel supported and informed, and that everything stays on track.
You'll also have access to our workbooks and resources, which are designed to help no matter what state you're in.
WHAT IT COSTS
Nothing extra. You agree on a commission with your agent, and their brokerage pays us a referral fee out of that commission. Your cost is the same as if you worked with the agent directly.
Our network agents value the relationship we've built together. Many of them work with us on referral after referral, so they're invested in making every client experience a great one. It's a partnership, and you get the benefit of it.
WHERE WE’VE HELPED
We've guided clients through dozens of transactions across the country, including:
New York · Texas · Chicago · Boston · Virginia · North Carolina · New Orleans · Portland · Maine · Vermont · San Francisco Bay Area
And so many more.
Wherever you're headed, we're with you.
